Sales Development Representative

Main Responsibilities:
- Prospect and identify qualified leads: Utilize diverse channels to find potential customers who match Tech9's ideal customer profile and assess their fit through research and conversations.
- Engage and nurture Prospects: Build rapport with prospects through personalized outreach, educate them on your product/service value, and address their pain points to move them further down the sales funnel.
- Set appointments and Generate Opportunities: Secure meetings or calls with qualified prospects and assess their buying intent, budget, and decision-making authority to hand over high-potential leads to the sales team. Ultimately, your goal is to identify opportunities that meet your quota criteria and have a high chance of conversion.
- Manage and maintain your sales pipeline: Utilize Salesforce CRM to effectively track lead progress, follow up consistently, and proactively move prospects through each stage of the sales cycle.
- Contribute to lead generation strategies: Partner with the sales team and marketing department to identify new lead sources, refine outreach methods, and optimize conversion rates.
- Conduct competitive research and market analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to tailor your sales approach and effectively position your product/service.
- Report on sales activities and results: Analyze data, track key metrics, and generate reports to measure performance, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to data-driven sales decisions
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least six months out outbound (cold-calling,
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Salesforce and Outreach
- Proficiency in Google Suite and basic computer skills
- Strong critical thinker
- Hard working and determined to win
