Workday Integration Resource (Immediate joiner)

We are seeking a skilled Workday Integration Specialist to join our team. Those with a notice period of 14 days or less are preferred. If that sounds like you we’d love to speak with you!

Responsibilities:      
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather integration requirements and design scalable and efficient integration solutions.
  • Develop and configure integrations using Workday integration tools, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in a timely manner, working closely with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.
  • Stay updated on Workday's latest features and functionalities related to integrations and recommend enhancements or optimizations to existing integrations.
  • Perform integration tests with benefits providers before User Acceptance
    Testing (UAT) to ensure the integrations are ready for testing.
  • Provide support for UAT integration testing and promptly resolve any
    issues identified during the testing process.

  • Migrate developed integrations to the Production environment.
  • Create comprehensive documentation for the developed integrations.
  • Provide Knowledge Transfer (KT) to the Logitech team to facilitate a
    smooth transition and understanding of the developed integrations.
  • Requirements:
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience working with Workday HCM, Financial Management, or other Workday modules.
  • Proficiency in Workday integration tools such as Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Cloud Connect.
  • Strong understanding of web services (REST, SOAP), XML, XSLT, and other integration technologies.
  • Experience with Workday Studio development, including custom integrations, calculated fields, and transformation scripts.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues.
